Re-Elect Ernest McFadden - Village Trustee
Ernest serves as Industry Government Affairs Manager for Heineken USA, Inc., an American subsidiary of the worlds second largest brewer. As Industry and Government Affairs Manager, Ernest is responsible for managing the companys philanthropic efforts throughout the eastern half of the country, working with organizations such as: The National Urban League; Lighthouse International; International Amateur Athletic Association; NAACP; Congressional Black Caucus Foundation; National Council of La Raza and many others. Additionally, he monitors State Legislative issues within the beverage industry throughout the east coast for Heineken USA. His service has earned him the endorsement of the Journal News.
Before joining Heineken USA, Ernest spent over ten years in the field of Workforce Preparation with the NYS Department of Labor, preparing individuals for re-entry into the workforce. While with the Yonkers Private Industry Council, he held several leadership positions, ranging from Senior Employment Counselor to the agencys Deputy Director before leaving in 1997 for a directorship position with the Regional Partnership of School and Colleges at Purchase College, SUNY.
Ernest is currently serving his third term on the Board of Trustees for the Village of Ossining. Since joining the Village Board in 1996, as the first African American to be elected to the Board, expanding youth/recreational services, economic development, improving community relations and prudent spending and investment of public funds has been his priorities.
Educated in New York, Ernest graduated from the Ossining Public Schools. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Marist College.
Throughout his career, Ernest has been active in professional and civic organizations. He serves
on the boards of several worthy organizations, such as:

Ernest, a thirty year resident of the Village of Ossining, now shares Ossining with his wife
Patricia and their two children. The McFaddens are members of the Star of Bethlehem Baptist
Church in Ossining.
